about us

Founded in 1982 by President and Owner Michael Schwartzbeck,
T&M Builders, Inc. is located in Monrovia, Maryland. With 34 years experience as a carpenter, Mr. Schwartzbeck uses his expertise to personally oversee the construction of each project from beginning to completion.

T&M builds primarily in the DC Metro Area, but have also completed houses in Washington and Frederick Counties in Maryland as well as the Lake Anna region of Virginia.
