Most importantly you need to decide on as many details as
possible before you start building. This cuts down on surprise costs down the road, and helps you to stick to your budget.

For the first step, have the land surveyed to determine the location of the new house on the property or if you have an existing home, get your plats from the county. T&M can then help you make the best beginning decisions on your home using our knowledges of codes and regulation in your county. Having your property surveyed early also helps speed up the permit process once
T&M has given you a proposal.

Since the permit process can be complicated, we are here to either file permits for you or walk you through the process to file on your own. We can give you all the contacts and information you need to get started on your building project.
